Sandi and Mike Genova
Believe in Me is grateful for the support of donors like Sandi and Mike Genova, who have demonstrated their unwavering commitment to making a positive impact in the lives of marginalized youth in the community.
The Genovas first learned about Believe in Me when they received our annual report via mail. Sandi, interested in learning more about our organization, contact our CEO, Julie Wukelic, for further information. Upon understanding what Believe in Me does for marginalized youth, the couple knew they had to get involved and help our cause.
Their passion for supporting the community led them to drop everything they did in Maui and fly to Spokane to attend the 2021 Believe in Me Charity Golf Tournament. Not only did they participate in the tournament, but they also came in as the title sponsor before having ever met any of us in person.
It is donors like Sandi and Mike Genova that make our work possible.
Volunteers
Alexandra joined the marketing committee of Believe in Me in 2020 and has been actively involved in creating social media posts, analyzing marketing data, and writing blogs to spread awareness of the organization's mission. She believes in the power of communication and how it can bring about positive change in society. As a Hispanic woman, her passion for social justice and equity resonates with Believe in Me's core values. She is thrilled to be part of the organization's efforts to improve the lives of marginalized children.
